Will there be iOS and Android exclusive versions of the SIBERIAN Media App?

The point of using dummy text for your paragraph is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters. making it look like readable English.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, go to your "Account Home Page". Click the "Manage Account" button.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD" on the account login box. When prompted, enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link that prompts a password reset.

How do I cancel my SIBERIAN Club membership?

Please contact us directly if you are dissatisfied with SIBERIAN Media products by emailing customer service here.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we want to make sure your experience is enjoyable!

If you would like to cancel your membership to The SIBERIAN Club, go to the "Account Management" screen and click the "Manage Account" button. You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to cancel, modify, and update your membership.

Your cancellation will go into effect at the end of the term of your current membership.

I signed up for an annual SIBERIAN Club membership and meant to get a month-to-month membership, can I switch my membership and a get a refund?

SIBERIAN Media clearly outlines its pricing and billing terms on our website, including that all purchases are final.

While we’re happy to help cancel your account to prevent automatic renewal at the end of your annual membership, we’re unable to offer refunds for completed purchases.

How many people can access my SIBERIAN Club membership?

Your SIBERIAN Club membership is intended for personal use and may be shared with members of your immediate family living in the same household.

We’re happy for your household to enjoy everything SIBERIAN Media has to offer together. Sharing access outside of your household, or for commercial use, isn’t permitted.

I didn't receive my "Confirmation Email" - What should I do?

One of the most common problems with a confirmation email is that it is a computer generated email, and many email programs detect these as spam threats.

Emails can unfortunately be re-directed to a spam, junk, or bulk folder, so be sure to check those.

If you still can't find the email, add no-reply@SIBERIANMedia.com to your email contacts and try confirming your email again.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my SIBERIAN Club membership?

SIBERIAN Media currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for subscriptions.

What countries can access the SIBERIAN Media App and The Siberian Club membership?

There should be no restrictions in place to prevent any international subscribers from signing up to access the SIBERIAN Media website.

In the rare case that there may be payment provider restrictions please let us know as we continue to expand global access wherever possible and aim to make SIBERIAN Media available to international audiences.
