You represent that:
- You own or control all rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
- Your User Content is lawful, non-defamatory, and non-harmful
(6.3) License to SIBERIAN Media
We may remove or restrict User Content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor or police User Content.

You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Harass, defame, threaten, or abuse others
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Scrape, spam, or overload our infrastructure
- Exploit or endanger minors
We may terminate access and report illegal conduct to authorities.

The Services may be accessed via third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon Fire, etc.) or contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Free Trials
If offered, free-trial terms will be disclosed at checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan.
Where You Purchased Matters
- Website purchases: Manage via account or support@siberianmedia.com
- App Store purchases: Managed exclusively through that platform
Price Changes
Prices may change prospectively with notice where required.
No Refunds
Except where required by law or app-store policy, payments are non-refundable and no prorated refunds are provided.
Ad-Free Plans
“Ad-free” plans may still include host-read sponsorships or embedded brand messaging.
